- Handling the Inbound calls
- Giving appropriate Technical / Operational information. Troubleshooting the technical issues as per the FAQs.
- Capturing the customer’s information and their details of request in error free fashion in the pre-formatted templates
- Assigning the calls to the respective categories and follow up for closure
- Usage of CRM - Creation of trouble tickets and logical follow up
- Making outbound calls to the dropped calls.
- Preferably from Broad band company
- English Must & Kannada ,Telugu/Tamil (any one of these south Indian Language an added advantage)
- Communications skills must be fluent and clear in speech
- Written command over the language
- Should be have good logical reasoning and analytical ability
- Typing Speed must be good
- Good at Excel
