ACT is the group's venture along with premier private equity investment fund IVFA into ISP and Multi service operator in Television dedicated to technology convergence that aims to deliver video, voice and data for entertainment and information. |
| Sunder sets the direction for ACT management committee, plays a pivotal role in creating the vibrant culture and leads the thinking on what technology can offer to the society through ACT's vision. |
| Sunder Raju holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has a rich experience in a wide array of industries. He was a key player in setting up Sunray Computers in 1981, the first Indian company to introduce concepts of 32-bit architecture in UNIX OS. Indus Valley, a division of Sunray Computers, functions as a full-fledged software services and support company. |
| Other than ACT Television, his other endeavours under the Atria Group includes ventures in Hospitality, Real estate, Power and Information technology. He was also the Hon. Secretary of the State Lawn Tennis Association, Karnataka and key force for reviving the association to host World Legends Tournament and the ATP World Championship in Bangalore. |

| Bala Malladi is the Chief Executive Officer at ACT Television (ACT), a premier multi service operator and ISP based in Bangalore dedicated to bringing Digital Cable TV, Data and other Broadband services to its customers through fibre to home in its 20 odd subsidiaries spread across 3 states in India. |
| At ACT Television, Bala leads the blue print of strategic business plans, steers the senior management team of all business vertical heads in defining their operating roadmap, personally oversees acquisitions under ACT and is the first in command to drive 'the ACT way' value system across all its operations. |
| Bala has grown ACT business many folds since he took charge as CEO in 2008, successfully integrated multicultural businesses, introduced cutting edge services such as HD, IPTV, high speed Broadband through fibre amongst others, created benchmark standards in customer service and set a common vision for sustainable growth in its 3000 odd employees and associates across its business entities. |
| Bala is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He comes with tremendous experience of over 20 years in the industry 17 years of which he has worked with Unilever, where he successfully completed wide ranging projects in India and Europe in finance, strategy and supply chain.. |
