| Sunder Raju is the Managing Director of ACT Television (ACT) the flagship of Atria group, one of the largest business savvy industrial groups in Bangalore. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. |
| ACT is the group´s venture into dedicated broadband convergence that aims to deliver voice, data, and entertainment to homes and offices with RF cable throughput. The company´s service includes bringing up of broadband experiences for Corporate houses and residences, besides also contributing in areas like Video conferencing, Video on demand, Gaming, VOIP, VPN and other services. |
| He was also a key player in setting up Sunray Computers in 1981, the first Indian company to introduce concepts of 32-bit architecture in UNIX OS. Indus Valley, a division of Sunray Computers, functions as a full-fledged software services and support company. |
| Although he is very much into cutting edge technologies, he is also committed to other endeavors of The Atria Group that is into multifaceted industries like Hotels, Real Estate, Power and Information Technology. He was responsible for conceptualizing and strategizing the group´s venture in the hospitality business. He was also a key player in setting up Hotel Atria, Hotel Kanishka and Hotel Chalukya, which breaks new ground in the field of hospitality. He was also the Hon. Secretary of the State Lawn Tennis Association, Karnataka and kingpin for transforming the stagnant association to host World Legends Tournament and the ATP World Championship in Bangalore. |

| Bala Malladi is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ACT Television (ACT), a premier multi service operator based in Bangalore dedicated to bringing Cable TV, Internet, data and other broad band services to its customers through cable to home. |
| At ACT TV, Bala is responsible for managing the entire day-to-day operational activities of the company utilising his vast expertise to ensure smooth functioning of their cable services to the various cities they are operating in. He effectively looks into the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the ACT’s products and services. |
| Bala comes with tremendous experience of over 18 years in the industry and for the last 17 years has worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited as their Head of Finance, having successfully completed several notable projects in India and abroad. |
| His rich experience of setting up new businesses and managing large portfolios of well-known brands across the globe will come a long way in helping ACT to establish itself as one of the leading digital cable and IPTV service providers in India. |
| ACT TV currently offers digital cable TV to several homes in the cities of Bangalore, Indore and Nellore with immediate plans to expand to various other regions in South & Central India and is shortly expected to be launching their IPTV service in India. |
